Ughhh, belly fat losing tips please?

Hey....I'm a 14 year old girl and my height is 166 cm.... I don't know if that's average/over average in America because I live in Korea and the average height of girls 14-16 is like 160 cm.....
Anyway, I eat a lot, and I only gain weight on my belly, nowhere else (like my dad). After school, I always get home and eat stuff like Doritos, chocolate, and Oreos. Recently, I've been obsessed with salsa, too haha. Whenever my parents aren't home when I arrive after school, I take that opportunity to eat whatever I want without thinking about it. For example, yesterday they weren't home and I ate: a package of crackers + salsa, a cheesestick, three Andes' chocolates, ten peppermint chocolate thingies, and a handful of jellybeans. I really couldn't stop eating!
However, I really really like vegetables and fruits. I can eat 10 oranges after school and still want more. Other times, I even eat an apple, a whole bunch of lettuce, or I don't eat anything at all (which, I have to admit, is rare). I even like spinach, and broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables besides carrots. I'm super obsessed with onions and garlic, too.................... I mean, I know those aren't really snacks or things that make you lose weight, but I have to have them in/with almost everything I eat.
ANYWAY! Haha. Um. I'm just wondering how much exercise I should do and how often, because I know that'll help a lot. I'm athletic; my favorite sports are badminton, tennis, squash, and volleyball.(maybe it's because I'm left-handed lol)
I participate as much as I can in PE classes, but I quit tennis lessons last year after I moved to another part of Korea, so obviously I'm not that involved in sports right now.
Btw, I spent 6 weeks in America with a family friend last summer, and being in the Midwest, I ate a LOT.... so when I got home, I found out that I had gained 3 pounds and I hadn't even noticed. After that shocking realization, I lost 5 pounds and I don't even know how I did it. : /
Okay, I'm getting really off topic all over the place here. Anyway, if you have an experience on losing belly fat, could you please share it? It might help me lose the extra weight. Any other tips would be great.
