Sajid - I do not want to send it to landfill when it can be recycled properly!
 
Most council tips (or waste centres of whatever they call them nowadays) have a skip for "cosumer electronic" goods - that's anything with the symbol like a wheelie bin with a cross through it on there - if u take it there, it'll be recycled.
 
Very easy,
Throw it to the rubbish bin
and proceed to the high street for new one
