(UK) Why are comments from centre right or extreme right users on

websites so whining (long question)? Daily Mail and the Telegraph are the worst, followed by the Sun and Sky, they are usually infiltrated by BNP and UKIP supporters, and we all know how wonderfully well they did last May.

If the topic isn't about the previous government, then it's about the current government, they'll all chat complete senseless drivel, although some may have reasoned arguments, most comments are just ignorant hateful speech. Some are so wildly out of touch with reality, it almost makes you have pity for their ignorance.

And if it concerns anything about Islam, oh the Islam topic certainly brings an emotive response, they'll all be talking about the Islamic problem within their society as if their most pressing problem is Islam and that problem is the most urgent of problems. And not the fact that working class white children and teenagers are the most under achieving demographic group in the entire country (UK). They'll blame Muslims for that too, oh the audacity of ignorance. They say Muslims are consuming too much resources from the education system, afterall, Muslims do account for 5% of the UK population - less than 19% of white working class boys achieve less than 5 GCSEs at secondary, and that's the fault of Muslims?

I think the UK has more pressing problems on its hands, such as the increasing power of corporations and it's ability to influence governments.

The fact that the UK is losing it's competitive advantage around the world and risks being a less prosperous nation due to a serious deficit of the educated class and talent migration.

The fact that successive governments continue to instigate wars oversees, and justify it.

Or that alcohol is a serious issue that needs to be addressed properly.

Or that teenage pregnancy is a symptom of a very serious problem in British society.

Or that the UK has done more to damage and limit personal liberty in the past 10 years than at any time in the past 100 plus years.

Nope sod all that. Its Muslims and Islam. If it's not Halal food, then It's the veil. If it's not the veil, then it's the Muslim and their assimilation to the British way of life.

Define the British way of life for me? Then define it again within its social class dimensions, then within the global multinational corporatist dimension. Then within the fashion dimension, then within the music industry dimension. then the personal liberty to choose their own life dimension. etc. etc.

I think these right wingers should realise that although solutions for the Islamic problem in the UK may be simple, this path is a slippery slope with profound consequences to the psyche of the British people. It is better that these right wingers solve the real issues for the 96% of the population.
This question obviously doesn't apply to you then.

Well, that's what right wingers do. It's nice to live in a country that doesn't take extreme right wing ideals seriously. On the other hand, it's bullshit like this; http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1030798/Muslim-outrage-police-advert-featuring-cute-puppy-sitting-policemans-hat.html (which is tantamount to the whining right wing politicians do) that earns the right wingers sympathy since its in our nature to pick sides.

To be fair, not all the comments are like that.

But you are right to bring up the issues of what is British culture and the irrational fear of Islam.

I am not Muslim (just had roast pork for lunch and I love beer, proper beer that is, not the cats pi$5 that is lager) and I hate Muslim extremists, just like I do not like any extremist, he they fanatically left or right wing, Muslim, Christian, Jewish etc.

I hope you like the two links below.

The first looks at the lies that are spread about Muslims, and shows the truth on the matter, and the second looks at what is termed 'normal' in a town near to where I live.

Should immigrants and their descendants integrate with those values?

because the majority that have their head screwed right have more important thing to do than whine in the papers or whatnot. people who whine are usually armchair politicians and journalist anyway, sometimes its better to read about what is the colour of cheryll cole hair than read absolute crap and prejudice in the news. almost.

I think you've hit the nail on the head, though I would say one thing: Hatred.

The BNP is based on hatred the same as the Nazis were based on hatred. They needed people to hate others in order for their views to be taken seriously by some or by many.

The problem is that a lot of people cannot comprehend how society works, how this or that can have an impact.

Take for example Murdoch's hatred for the EU, most people don't realise their hatred of the EU comes from an American Australian who thinks he should be able to decide how our country is run. People do not understand the impact the EU has on the UK, they do not understand what the UK could be like without the EU.
This all clouds the focus of the British in dealing with the EU, we are far too passive, we could try and mould the EU to the way we want it, have it so there is less rubbish, waste and so on, but no, we merely allow it to happen.

So the BNP have a simplistic view on life, they know they have to blame someone, they used to use the Jews, now it is the blacks, the asians, the muslims, things people can see, as many Jewish people now dress the same as everyone else, they are harder to attack.

The BNP need this hatred, because it is based upont he emotions of people, rather than the intelligence of people. Many people pick up on one or two things, rather than the whole picture, and this is when it becomes a problem.

Many BNPers talk about the British way of life. Then they talk about kicking out Muslims. They do not see that the British way of life is about treating everyone with respect and people being able to feel free in THEIR own society!!!

But the contradictions are not evident to those people who just want to work off of their anger and hatred, because life has not dealt them the best of hands.
