So I started this protein & veggie diet a few days ago. Pretty much all i've eaten are eggs, chicken, tofu, carrots, red & green peppers, protein shakes, spinach, & broccoli... and now my "stools" are orange... it's freaking me out a little... I go through a bag of carrots a day. could that be it? is it a sign of infection or maybe a lack of vitamins/minerals? any ideas?
