Umm i need a litlle help with telus cellphones?

well i want a cell but my parents are like no let there be a sale first (getting 3 year plan). Im getting the HTC Touch P5310 Dual phone and I'm wondering does telus have sales on cellphones? like right now that phone is about 49.99 (3 yr plan) and my parents want it to be 0.00 if not lower then it is now so does telus have sales for cell phones

The other HTC Touch (not the dual one) is for sale for $0.00 on a 3 year contract/plan.

The only difference is that it doesn't have a physical keyboard.

And sorry, but it can't be lower than $0.00 :-)
 
Sales do happen but usually when a phone/device is likely to be fazed-out. My concern with 3 year contracts is that most hardware only lasts about 18 to 24 months before it requires a major repair or is unusable. This puts you in a position of having to buy a new phone (at full price) or a used one in order to complete your contract. This is why I only do 1 or 2 year contracts.
