ummm, my iTunes won't open!!! Please Help. Wat do I do?

I have Vista and iTunes has worked fine with it. This morning, it wouldn't open and it still doesn't. What do I need to do in order to hear my music?

The best idea is to uninstall and reinstall it. This is simple and fairly easy. And no you won't lose your music.
