I have an iPhone 3gs version 4.0
Last month I was able to rearrange my apps by pressing and holding onto an app and waiting for it to wiggle and then dragging it any where in my home screen. Now, it doesn't work anymore. I pressed and held onto an app and it wiggles, but I am unable to move my apps around. What's going on? Any way to fix this besides going through iTunes to move my apps around?
