Unable to reinstall firmware Sony Ericsson?

Hi . I have got a W910i, Im at the moment unable to reinstall the firmware for the phone. I did the update service, and it did not give me the option of reinstalling the firmware in my phone, all it shows is that the phone has got the latest firmware..

Is this the latest update or patch that SE did to the Update Service software?..

Can someone help me to how can i reinstall the firmware ?
