uncaught exception on blackberry 9700 os 6?

Hallo Everyone,
I just downloaded os 6 couple days ago on my blackberry 9700. it went well and work perfectly til I found that I still got one problem. My instant messaging doesnt work. when I downoaded YAHOO mssggr application on in and tried to login, then came out "uncaught exception : java.lang.nullpointerexception" . anyone knows the solution ??

ps : anyway, I have done alt + aA + del and still wont work.

Follow this video and backup before you do anything. Same happened to me and my issue got fixed
