This is not a question about morals this is strictly a legal question. If someone under the age of 18 lets say "16" and someone over the age of 18 lets say "20" liked each other over the internet and started dating.. What are the legal limits that these two people are able to do and/or talk about (eg. sexual talking/flirting). Also if this is divided between two different states what states laws are in effect the 16yo or the 20yo.

Okay, if you are in two different states, I don't know what the case would be, cause the age of consent of one state could be different from the other. But, in most places, a 16 year old can't hold a relationship with someone who is over 18. I think you can't have sex with a minor but that's it. I think that's all the law restricts you from, but I'm not really sure, sorry.

Actually some states laws say that 16 is the legal age of consent. But it's still a bad idea. Just flirting can cause the 20 year old to be classified as a sexual predator. For life. dun... dun.... duuuuuuuhhhhh.
