United travel services disney?

Im thinking of going to disney with this package I got for a promotion from United travel. I have mixed feelings because I have read positive and negative feed back from them. My boss told me that he and his wife had a package but only took Orlando. That is where I an taking my kids, and they gave me disney passes, does anyone know of when is a good time to go when it is less crowded with small children?

Personally, I believe they are a Scam! They phoned my home claiming I had entered something online, and when I told them it wasn't me that entered anything, they kept trying to push their offer anyways. I don't think anyone has to enter anything. They're simply phone solicitors that get third party information from other companies that release your information to them.
When they phoned me, they would not give me any information about the company while I was on the phone with them. I was told I would get all the information I needed through an email I would receive within 24 hours, but ONLY after they got my credit card information. They said I was not able to have a call-back, and said that if I was not interested enough to give my credit card information for the full amount, then I had to forfeit the offer to allow someone else the opportunity. In my opinion, that's a form of extortion.
If they are truly a reputable company, they shouldn't have any problem giving people company information. And if their offer is ligitimate, there shouldn't be a problem doing a call-back so people can check them out first.
They are very pushy and demanding. (Typical of scammers)
Be extremely careful not to fall victim to their so-called "offer". They can only scam you if you give them your credit card information!
 
SCAM!

This company is a scam! They do a very good job of making you think they aren't though! I wasn't sure at first but called my credit card company to dispute the charge after giving them my card number and they confirmed that they were on a fraudulant company list and hadn't approved the charge luckily!
