universal torrent accelerator download?

does anyone know where i can download universal torrent accelerator?? i have tried loads of sites but they all say: "if it doesnt start downloading use mirror" but when igo to the mirror they are all rubbish! just adverts.

No but if you want a fast torrent downloader, azureus vuze has a built in accelerator
