Unlock code for inactive Verizon Blackberry Storm.?

I have an inactive Verizon Blackberry Storm, and want to know if it's possible to get an unlock code to use AT&T on it. I can provide the IMEI# to whoever can get an unlock code for me. PLEASSSSEEE :)
Forgot to add: I have an existing account on AT&T, and have a Blackjack. My friend gave me a Blackberry Storm that he used to have active on Verizon, but he switched his number to a different phone. I need an unlock code so I can put my sim card into the Blackberry instead of the Blackjack. IMEI#: 359483.02.181193.5
