Unlock Verizon HTC Touch to Alltel?

I just bought an HTC Touch from this guy. I have alltel right now and was wondering if the phone could be unlocked to alltel's network?
Im pretty sure it can be but im just making sure.
and does anyone know about how much it would cost to get it done.

You can get the Unlock code from the site Unlocking4u.com for HTC TOUCH and Unlock it from Verizon ..The cost for Unlocking is
Price : $ 52.29 US Dollars

After Unlock it you can use other GSM Network sim card from other country..you cannot use ALLTEL because it's CDMA network..You cannot use CDMA network sim card ...
