Unlocking a Rogers iPhone 4S to Bell?

I recently bought an iPhone 4S off somebody in hopes of unlocking it to my carrier but i'm not really sure how to do that. The sim cards are different sizes so i'm not able to put my bell sim card in. Does anyone know how i can get it to work?
 
You can break carrier lock from your iPhone 4s by using Fido and Rogers Canada Apple iPhone Unlocking Service . You can get it from any of the online vendors like Simpleunlocking.com to unlock it . Once, you have unlocked your iPhone 4s from Rogers Canada, you can use it with other Canadian networks and any GSM networks internationally .
