Unlocking a Sony Ericsson W810i Mobile Phone?

In a couple of months a shall be cancelling my contract with O2 and moving to Tesco Mobile.

I need to know if i can unlock my Sony Ericsson (which is an Orange network phone) so i can use a Tesco Sim card in it.
