Unlocking Nokia N97 Mini?

I have a Nokia N97, I bought it a Vodafone, but do not have a vodafone store in my area. Where can I get it unlocked? We only have a Telstra and Optus store in my area. Will they do it? Or is there somewhere like Dicksmith etc that will do it.
