I live in france and i want to get a phone from england, cos its much cheaper and want to know if the Samsung Jet comes locked.
i heard Vodafone don't lock their phones anymore?
Is it cheap to unlock them if it is
And if there any chance im going to end up with a phones locked to an english tariff?
And all the tariffs pay as you go phones cost more for some and less for others i should just get the cheapest?
