Actually she did try out because Ashley Greene Alice from twilight said she did a really good job in a video interview, so I'm not sure where your getting your facts....? and it's new moon, not twilight....If I could vote you worst answer...I would..
I liked the movie because of robert pattinson and taylor lautner....the bella was a horrible actress...especially in the hospital scene....and the meadow scene was the most important!! it was how twilight was created and they blew it!! I feel so bad for stephanie meyer...the movie was way too cheesy, I'm really hoping new moon is better for the books sake. Robert pattinson tried to act serious in twilight and the stupid director was like "don't be so serious, make light of the situation" WTF...lol...Im still mad...
 
She's not in Twilight, she never tried out. She said herself it is all rumors. The end.

i heard that too. do you like the movie? i hated it and i love love love the twilight series. it made me really sad. i mean their meadow was a shaft of light coming in from the trees. wtf. anyway im pretty sure she's not been cast yet.
