Updating to MAC OS X Snow Leopard, 10 points!!?

Hey.
So I'm thinking of updating my mac to MAC OS X Snow Leopard and I was wondering will all my pictures,documents music etc delete when I do that? Because I don't want that to happen.
Has anyone upgraded their mac before on here if so did it happen to you?

And oh btw what did you think of MAC OS X Snow Leopard is it good?
