I recently bought a blackberry 3g and then upgraded it to bb OS 6. There was a weird glitch and whenever I would type while in the browser the phone would freeze and go to home screen. I took the phone back and sprint exchanged it. I did the saYŸ
me thing and downloaded bb OS 6. Needless to say I had the same problem. So I've narrowed it down to bb OS. one thing is when I downloaded it, I did NOT use a computer...I downloaded it via my mobile internet. The sprint guy said doing so wasn't a good idea, but who trusts those guys? They constantly feed me bad info. So the actual question, could downloading the OS 6 via mobile web cause a glitch? I don't have a computer right now(I will buy one when my grant comes). Could this be causing my glitch? I would hate to install on a computer and find the same problem and have to downgrade back to version 5. Thanks!
