Upgrading phone-keep my old phone datas (RAZR V3xx Gold)...?

Hi, I will be upgrading phones next week but for some reason, I could not get rid of my gold razr because it has ALL my datas (pictures take, videos recorded, and tones recorded)...I don't worry much about the contacts because well, I could just re-type all of them...

-also, I might be giving this phone away and I don't want to just give my datas away too...i want to be able to transfer them to my computer...

does anyone work for AT&T and knows a lot about transferring datas to the computer? or anyone who has tried transferring datas?

Will I need a micro-SD card to download the datas to then use an SD adapter to transfer the datas to my laptop? --> I DO have an SD [not microSD] slot in my laptop...

is getting microSD card the only way?...

PS: I don't have any texting plan or anything so I can't send all pics (about 200) of them and 20 voice recordings and about 20+ videos by sending them via text messaging....

please help! thank's!

You have some options. There are some cellular stores that have file transfer machines. When you upgrade your phone, ask the AT&T rep if they have this option. It should be free by the way. You can also (if you have a data cable) get your data out of the phone yourself via computer and programs like Motorola Phone Tools, P2K Tools, P2K Manager, etc. just "ask" your best friend Google or Yahoo. Some phones also give you the option to transfer files over from one phone to another via Bluetooth.
