Upgrading Telus Phone 6 Months into Contract?

I purchased a Telus LG Dare back in September and i was wondering if i could upgrade my phone this early into contract some how some way? I really want the Samsung Advance or LG NEW Chocolate which i just found out even though there 3G phones i can still put them on Mobile Phone Contract!
Oh yes and i'm also on a 3 Year Contract!
 
TELUS has already given you a subsidized phone for the duration of your contract and will not do it again until you are up for contract renewal. You can buy any TELUS phone of your choice but you will pay the non-contract price. If you purchase a 3G device then you will have to switch your plan to the HSPA network and since all of their 3G devices are Smartphones you will also have to have a data plan as well.
