Uploading photos to the internet? Facebook. myspace etc?

I seem to be having trouble uploading photos to any site on the internet and have no idea why? Ive not had this problem in the past so have no idea what is going on or who I should even try and contact to help solve my problem?? Any ideas???
Ive tried both options and it still doesnt work... grrrrrrrrr x
 
Since it is "any site", by some chance are you on an internet connection where the service changed at the beginning of the year so that you have only a limited amount of upload bytes? Have you uploaded a lot this month? Normally, these restricted accounts have more limits on downloading than up, but they have been in the news about cost structures in internet access.
