uploading ringtones for motorola i730?

i have i motorola i730 and a usb cable that fits it and connects it with the computer. it comes with a initializing cd. i've already have installed it but cant figure out how to put ringtones in it. please help... anyone knows how to do it with the usb cable, what drivers or programs do I have to download?. is there any other way?
