Uploading Torrent Help?

I'm completly new to uploading torrents, I've made a torrent with uTorrent and uploaded it to Mininova for download. The torrent says it's seeding in uTorrent but there's no upload speed showing and 'm not sure it is seeding at all. The trackers i've entered seem ok (they are working according to uTorrent) and they are;

Can anyone please tell me if i'm doing things right and if not, what should i be doing insted?

use btmon.org or something like that it's a good torrent site and has more seeders
