Upper Body Workout Routines?

I am a 15 year old guy and am looking to find a workout routine that will build my Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Chest or any other areas of the body which you think are important, becasue I'm not sure which ones to build. I just want to improve my appearance, and just be stronger in general. Things that are you don't think are as important or won't enhance my body's appearance are not required. Anything that I can use to help me achieve these goals would be beneficial.
 
If youre skinny and you want to bulk up go heavy with 6-8 reps. pick up a muscle and fitness mag, they always have routines in there. but before you do any of that make sure that you do it the right way and if anythings to heave make sure you get a spot
 
find a work out buddy if ur at mvhs send me a message i can help you more but um you have have covered the appearance body parts just read a book or go online cause every ones body is different so the routines that work for one person may not work for another
