Here is the situation:
I live in New York and I want to send my family in California some gifts through UPS. Most of the time they are not home. So does this "Hold for Pick-Up facility" still exist and will this hold the package at a nearby UPS store BEFORE even delivering it out? How do I go bouts doing this?
How long does UPS keep the box for?
how much do they charge?
REMINDER: I do not want them to store the box, I just want them to hold the box, and call the receiver to come pick it up.
