usb bluetooth dongle help?

it's very cheap so i was wondering if you think this is a bad website or if these things just get that cheap..i found it off shopzilla
would it work to get pictures onto my computer from my cell phone which has bluetooth?
also will these dongle things work on ANY computer or does it need something else?
 
I'm not sure how this one would work but I have a bluetooth dongle and it come with the software. Just as long as you have the software for yours I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
