Use iWireless phone with Cincinnati Bell sim card?

I was wondering if I could buy and iWireless prepaid phone, and use my Cincinnati Bell SIM card with it without unlocking it. I know iWireless is owned by Cincinnati Bell, and they are the exact same phones, but I don't want to buy one until I know for sure.
 
No you can't. I-Wireless is the prepaid service where Cincinnati Bell (they used to be blue cards) are the monthly plans they have. The cards are different.
