Used castrol transmission fluid on a Honda and now...?

I just bought a 97 Honda Accord yesterday. My brother came over and decided to change the transmission oil and also add fuel injection cleaner. He did not use Honda transmission fluid. I drove it and the check engine light came on, then he added more transmission fluid and now the car won't drive. My question now is; if he drains it and puts in honda fluid, is there any hope? What to do now?
 
wouldnt have matter any what brand he used or not if its never been done before then it shoul dhave been left alone since most car transmission doesnt really have to be change any time but if one plans on it it needs to be done at start of its life not half way thru it which many times does more damage than just not changing it does an dit really wouldnt matter if its replace now or not bad is bad cant fix bad other than replacing it my car has over 300,000 miles transmission never been drain and you know what its stil driving just fine so now what to do is call a tow truck an dhave them tow it to a transmission shop for repairs
