Using neighbors internet & Quick Question?

I am getting wireless internet in the next couple of days however for the time being I have been using one of my neighbors internet service. I am curious to know can my neighbors see what i am searching, what sites i go on, or even worse usernames and passwords if I am using their internet IP?

answers would be so appreciated and would put my mind at ease until I get my internet in the next couple of days.
