I just got my smartphone (fascinate) at verizon and have decided to give a Skype a try. That said, if I make calls through Skype on my smartphone (w/2.99 unlimited subscription) to other cell phones or landlines in US, does it take airtime minutes on my verizon voice plan?
I plan to use a lot more minutes than my monthly minutes allowance. Instead of upgrading voice plan which is expensive, I want to know if I can use skype to save money on domestic calls.
