I'm using a high speed cable connection (university network) using uTorrent and BitTorrent to download. Downloading is no problem, but there is no data being uploaded from me to other users. I've left my complete downloads seeding for ages and still my total uploaded file size is zero. I've switched off my Windows firewall to see if it was blocking any incoming connections but still this has no effect on my uploading. This means I have downloaded huge quantities of material but uploaded nothing to other users, giving me an awful share ratio which is really bad.
Any suggestions on what's stopping people uploading from me and ways to fix the problem?
