I had a utstarcom PPC6700 PDA phone and it worked perfectly. But i bought a newer phone and my aunt bought the PDA phone off of me so i got my information switched from that phone to my new HTC phone and then turned the utstarcom phone on to her plan and now the internet wont work. it says it has an incorrect IP and Password. we took it back to the store and they cant get it to work.. what could be wrong with it? It worked when it was in my name..
