V twin is to ride then single?

I am looking at buying a 125cc four stroke bike and Im wondering what is the difference between a V twin and a single cylinder I know that it has one piston more than the single. I have heard that a V twin is not as easy to stall than the single due to having the other cylinder is that through.

Little difference in stall charecteristics but the twin is a little smoother and less vibration.
