I'm going on a vacation to Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. I'm on a budget ($700 for entire trip) and looking for suggestions on places to go, stay and eat that are reasonably priced. I really want to soak up as much history and culture as possible so any suggestions are appreciated!!
