Ok im on a 9 day vacation (ending this friday) and all last week i ate my normal healthy diet and exercising...with the exception of this sunday when my friend had a b-day party...where they served lots of pizza,BBQ..lemonade..cupcakes..etc..and i admit..i ate ALOT...after that..i continued my normal exercise and diet...and today my family cooked alot..and kinda forcing me to eat...so if i just took today and tomorrow (2 days) and just ate these foods..how far would that set me back on my diet?
I exercise 5-7 days a week (cardio & weights)
