I want to prepare a nice, romantic dinner for my husband (just the two of us) and need help with the menu - something like we would get in a restaurant - and I need the recipes, please!
Here's what I had in mind:
* fresh baked bread/rolls and butter
* salad (something fancy but easy)
* beef entree (steak? something else? this is where I need the most help)
* loaded baked potato
* dessert - I love creme brulee but don't have the torch or ramekins.
We are also going to have champagne with strawberries so maybe I should make something chocolatey for the dessert?
