does anybody know of a chart that i can print off or buy so i can fill in every day to make sure i'm getting the right nutrition etc? i can't find one anywhere!!!
Coincidentally, the chart looks exactly like the menu at Burger King.
You can eat all the tofu you want, but add a Whopper 2 or 3 times per week and you'll be fine on your protein intake.
Without meat, you're basically hosed.
