velcro wont come off bike?

When i take off velcro on my bike because pads were on it.... it leaves a sticky crappy residue how do i remove that crappy residue....

You might try the sticky-on-sticky method, meaning some kind of sturdy tape pressed down to grab the gunk and rip it off, section by section. It's cleaner than using solvents and easier on paint jobs.

I've found that using the velcro back adhesive itself works well, i.e. same materials sticking to each other.
