Verizon Blackberry Storm unlocked for overseas?

I have the possibility of getting a Verizon Blackberry Storm 9530. If I get it can I unlock it and use it in Albania. The servers there are AMC(COSMOTE), Vodafone, and Eagle. I simply want to know if I would be able to unlock this phone and use it there. I appreciate all who are willing and knowledgable to help, but please dont answer if you do not know. Thanks.
 
An unlocked Storm will work with a foreign sim. Just be aware that the Storm was probably the worst blackberry ever made. It's an awful phone.
