More then likely, I will be going to Brazil sometime after Christmas for 3 months up to a year. I'm not sure yet.
I have a Cosmos cell phone (which is Verizon). I understand the concept of roaming but would it be cheaper in the long run to go with one Verizon's phones that are "global" or would it just be cheaper to get the international turned on on my phone and deal with the roaming charges? and exactly what's the difference between turning international on on a cell phone and getting a phone that's global? thanks!
