I have had a broadband card with Verizon Wireless for over two years. Never have I gone anywhere close to going over my 5G limit except for the past 6 months. Two months ago I went over $34 however I used my card the same amount as always. Last month I used the card for only about a week, maybe two out of the month because I noticed my usage was really high quickly. I went over $70 that month. Verizon is telling me that the usage is correct but I KNOW ITS NOT. I am not using youtube, downloading music etc, and I have not changed the way I use my internet. I really have no desire to get out of the contract so long as the problem is fixed. They are telling me there isn't a problem and I haven't been using the card because I'm scared to. They want me to pay $310 contract termination fee. Do I have any recourse. I know a problem exists but can't prove it. They tell me one doesn't. Am I screwed?
