My family and I are thinking of getting FiOS for phone and internet. By ordering the double play on the internet, it says the whole installation process is free. Our house is kind of old (built in the early 80s) and we have coax cables installed all throughout the house. From what we know, they want to drill through the pavement. Will they say, "oh we have to drill underneath your driveway and it's going to cost an X amount of $ to drill and repair your driveway"?
What about the wireless connections, will the connection speeds be lower if you're wireless?
Will the FiOS installers say, "hey we have to install the TV as well if you want a free installation"?
Is there a person that can come out to my house and say what they are going to do before we order it online?
