Hi i am going to get the samsung glyde from my friends by next wednesday. hes giving me the phone because the touch screen is crazy. its unresponsive and it just gotes craZY FOR no reason. i wanna know what can i do to resolve this issue? can i take it to the verizon store? idk the status of his warranty
