Ok well my verizon chocolate is broke and i do have insurance that would cover it, but what i am wondering is if the phone i get back will be a chocolate or if i will have another choice of phone besides the chocolate touch. The reason im debating is because my dad updated to a droid so we have a chocolate that isn't used but i don't really like the phone so if i could possibly get a different phone of equal or lesser value through verizon i would much rather do that. Thanks
I realize that sounds kinda confusing, basically what im wondering is if i will be offered more then one replacement phone option besides the chocolate. Yes, i know they wont offer a nicer phone obviously.
