Verizon put random charges on my bill and refuse to correct, what to do?

I canceled my FiOS service like a 45 days ago and last night I got a my last bill. The bill is generally incomprehensible as always with Verizon bills, with some random credits here and other random charges there.
There were however a few major mistakes that I knew were definitely not right.

$79 - MLS Direct Kick (I never play or watch soccer, I had to google the thing to find out what it was)
$7.59 - Spanish language (this is funny, I don't speak a word of Spanish)
$10 - Two on demand movies, first one ordered 3:19, second one 3:41

This is the first time I saw MLS Direct Kick or Spanish charges on a bill. I called Verizon and they refused to take these charges off. They said that they were ordered from my remote, all on April 15, I was apparently at work on that day. They said that since ordering from the remote would require me to confirm at least 2-3 times there was no room for mistake, hence this is not a mistake and they won't take the charges off. Why isn't it more likely that my remote wasn't pressed, but their computer had a glitch? This wasn't the first time FiOS bill contained mistakes. In fact they had a charge for on demand movies on one of my earlier bills, but back then they were nice enough to take it off. Now perhaps that I am no longer a Verizon customer, they feel I can be mistreated without any consequences???
This is so ridiculous. You don't just put random crap on my bill and expect me to pay for those. Is there anything else I can do now that they refuse to take them off?
