I have a grandfathered unlimited data plan and my sibling does not. Verizon will now take away any unlimited data plan when upgrading. So my question is can my sibling upgrade to a phone, go back to his old device and give me the new device? Would that allow me to keep my unlimited data? Or have they already found that loophole
