I just got the pantech jest back in november offline for free. My mom put it in the sink and ruined it. I have the highest insurance policy on it, will they replace it with a new one or a used one? I reallly dont want a used one. Also, can I swap it for a phone of equal value? yeah im pissed, but its only a phone right?
